Nobel lioness of her word, Cassan was one of the suitors for one of the ladies of the Night of the Stars pride. Of course, all of the brutes had planned to fight each other, and they never believed Cassan would even attempt to woo the other lioness, let alone intend to fight them. But Cassan was a surprising lioness, strong and agile, and always quick on her paws. One of the cockiest of the brutes, Mav, decided it was a great idea to challenge her. It was not. Cassan was ready for his advances, she'd seen him fight before, so she already knew his tricks. So it was his surprise when he stepped up and she immediately dodged his first, second, and then third strike. She'd been so quick in fact, that she had also managed to hit him a few times in the process. It didn't take long to exhaust the brute, and after one stumble Cassan managed to knock him down. Successful in the fight. And after words, she stumbled to an old rose bush, presenting it to the lady in question. This of course caught the lioness's attention, she managed to take him down, and give her a rose? her quick wit and swift moves enamored the lioness as well. And it didn't take long for her to decide whom she wanted to spend her time with.
