When Kesho is an adolescent, the Hidden Valley Pride has a sudden surplus of young males, so many that the guard is spread thin trying to train them all. Kesho and his friend Hadithi, as the two oldest, are sent to the allied Kalahari Pride to complete their training. Kesho is thrilled, because his older brother Suluhu lives in the Kalahari Pride! The two often patrol or spar together, and Kesho idolizes his brother. ~Kesho is telling you about a weird dream they had last night. Apparently you battled a walking feathered lizard thing, and then a flying metal thing shot light at you, and then dead, decaying hyenas chased you, and then you were talking to ghosts...are they sure that wasn't a nightmare? ~When you approached him, Kesho licked your ear to welcome you today.
