Borealopelta

Though not a mythical creature, Borealopelta markmitchelli was a large nodosaur during the Cretaceous era that left behind one of the most intact dinosaur remains we have ever seen. Much of the body was in the proper positions as opposed to being scattered like many other fossils are, as well as leaving behind soft tissues, stomach contents, and keratin sheaths. Because the preservation of this fossil is so great, we know that this species of Borealopelta was a reddish brown color, and we know many of the plant species that it ate as its last meal, as well as even charcoal in its stomach that might mean that it ate some of its last meal in an area that previously was ravaged by wildfires.
Borealopelta might not be exactly as it once was, and it might now show us exactly what the others of its kind looked like, but it gets pretty damn close. Kinda like this gal.
