Biography
When the King of Stars passed from his mortal body, he knew that he couldn't leave his family behind unprotected. Before his mind and soul returned to the stars, he sent his powers into a little young cub which he'd stumbled upon a few days earlier. The cub was all alone, abandoned by his own mother. And yet, The King of Stars could feel a warm, kind aura emitting from the cub, He brought the cub a piece of food, and talked with it for a moment. He told the cub to not fear and to be patient. And so when he finally left this world, the little nameless cub was suddenly blessed with amazing powers, and a message left by the King. He was welcome in the King's pride, and when he grow up- he would be their next protector. When the cub arrived in the pride, he was welcomed by Queen Astroa, The King of Stars' mate. She was wise, and taught the cub everything that a cub needs to know, and soon, he was even given a name. The Fading Starlight. He would grow up to become a great protector of the pride, becoming good friends with many of its members. Unlike The King Of Stars, he was a completely mortal lion. Upon his death, there was no telling where his soul would go. However, he still possessed the powers of a god- although they seemed to be weaker than the Star King's. The Fading Starlight swore to pass those powers onto the next protector of the pride when the time came.
