Ndoshi is a strong lion, who ousts King Bloki and grows his pride. Despite forcing Bloki to step down, he honors the treaty between neighboring prides and accepts the betrothed lion couple from Kapams Pridelands. He rules until old age and then deems Huruma of the Pridelands to step in and rule in his place. Despite several male heirs, Ndoshi does continue to honor the agreement with the Pridelands. This causes his sons to leave, angry that they are turned down for the position of king. The young bride Huruma came with has died by then, and so Huruma takes King Ndoshi's daughter Ada as his bride. Ndoshi is excited when the first royal grandchildren are born, and he keeps them in line until death His youngest cub is betrothed to the Guards Next in line cub, keeping his bloodline in the Pride.
