Sirideán, meaning searcher, isn't quite mortal.. Their father a Nephilim and their mother a mortal. After their birth their family divided, their father wanting them to live with him and the other Nephilim, "Since your half Nephilim," while their mother wanted them to live with her and other mortal lions, "Since your part mortal." Both lions finally made the agreement that their mother will have them until they are 7 years old, where they will then be brought up by their father to live the rest of their life with the Nephilims. But of course their mother wasn't too delighted with this arrangement so she hid them from their father, their mother soon passed due to unknown causes. The prides elder told them about their Nephilim heritage causing them to resent their father, they decided not to meet their father and stayed with their pride. Soon they became the leader of the pride along with Ameer, their lover, they ended up leaving the pride in the care of Ameer so they could explore Earth, and later on various realms and soon being named Sirideán by the prides they have/will have come into contact with.
