My King’s name is Aylward (A-LOR) The pronouncements for me is a bit different as a few of the letters are silent so I just added it to the side. The origin of his name comes from English and it means Noble Guardian. This ties in with his story! :)
Aylward’s Story:
Aylward was murdered in cold blood, by the poachers that haunt this savannah, his whole pride taken ablaze by a human set fire, to fish them out and poach them for their pelts. Miraculously Aylward came back from the afterlife, as he now wanders throughout the savannah, protecting all those who he may come in contact with, wether they be evil or peaceful, he has vowed to protect all from the poachers. Aylward is a kind and gentle soul who can get a bit snappy, he guides passed animals he finds on his journey and careful aids them to the afterlife to give them a calm and safe passage to their new forever life, letting them say goodbyes and experience their last few moments on earth peacefully. After sending the animal to the afterlife, they may present him with a gift, like their past horns or wings. He gratefully accepts any and all gifts, every single one reminds him of his past adventures and how he can help others. Aylward becomes harsh and aggresive if he comes across a poacher and sometimes mistakes simple humans for the hunters, yet he can sense in their souls that they are not the evil he is searching out, leaving them alone to help the other animals of his home.
