Tau was born as a male cub to a rather large pride. She was destined to be the next king, this caused her to get a lot of attention, good and bad. She was resented by the other cubs due to the favoritism the king had toward her. She had felt as though she was not in the correct place since a young age. Eventually she realized she would much rather be a lioness, this caused her father, the king, to completely disown her as he thought if she were female then she could not rule a pride. Once she was disowned she left the pride only telling her mother where she was going. Tau left and started her own pride as a queen. Once she found her own territory she came across an older Lioness named Kesari, this lioness became her first friend and co-ruler of the pride. Sadly after a few years she got killed in a freak stampede on a hunting trip. Though before that happened the two of them created a small pride. Tau interacts with all of her lionesses and cubs daily, and she trains her submales twice a week. She tries to show every member of her pride an equal amount of attention as she doesn’t want anything that happened to her to happen to anyone else.
