Before you can begin to speak, an inconsolable male hurries toward you, eyes frantically searching your face. He starts yelling at you to get out, his extraordinarily large mane flowing in the wind blowing from the cave entrance- a female quickly comes to calm the king down, giving you an opportunity to talk. You tentatively ask for shelter during the rainstorm, and the lion begrudgingly allows it. As he walks away, you notice his expression is clouded with worry. Perhaps you shouldn't take it personally. -.·:·.✧ ✦ ✧.·:·.- Although initially a very positive lion, years of poor hunting has significantly lowered the number of Berlin's pride members, allowing anxiety to seep deep into his mind. While his living pride members try to keep him comfortable and calm, it's evident that Berlin is struggling with the weight of his responsibility as king, which often manifests as angry outbursts. Despite the Oracles' insistence that the ancestors approve of Berlin's role as king, he seems to believe that Aramis chose the wrong heir.
