Biography
Seventh King of the Kalahari Pride Kinged on 03/17/24 At age 4 years 3 months Stats when kinged: 271 Isiyo is the Crown Prince of the Kalahari Pride, the son of King Matūmaini and Queen Miamoja. He is actually the only cub born in Miamoja’s SECOND litter, all three of his older siblings chose to abdicate the crown and leave the territory, off on paths of their own. Isiyo is raised knowing he may choose to do the same, if he wishes to, but that the crown is his by right if he wants it. Isiyo is an easygoing boy, clever and cheerful and very close with his parents. He’s seen how much time and energy his parents put into ruling the kingdom, and thinks it would be an honor to look after it for them when they’re gone. This is his family’s place, and he’ll defend it. He can often be found hunting with his mother, or training with his father. Of the two, Miamoja is the harsher teacher, insisting her son knows how to provide for himself, should he ever need to. Matū is very happy to let Isiyo learn governance at his own pace, with plenty of days off for father-son trips and time with his friends. Both parents are very, very proud of their son.
