Pride Lore:

Once apon a time this land was full of green. It was a beautiful forest with an abundance of plants, maybe even too many plants.

Under Lord Whisky the pride flourished, that was until Abaddon showed up. He was always a strange lion, wherever he went the cold mist followed. He was silent, and all he would do is stare, like he was plotting something. But Whiskey never cared nor did he judge the young cub. This lead to a very close bond between the two. When it was time for our king to retire he chose Abaddon to take his place. As much as I argued I couldn't convince him otherwise, he already had his mind made up.

The longer Abaddon stayed the more grim and erie our lands became. It started with an abundance of fog, then rain, then the plants grew wilted. They're alive but drowning.
