Inner Workings (and other Lore)

Bridges between two worlds, transitions are places of mystery and rumors. Tales of Wolved and violent peaks speak of the other side, where the tall grasses and fog merge into one pathway. The worlds touch so closely that one finds it difficult to figure which side they're on. A cursed thing, perhaps. It speaks of bad luck to the Pride who lives here, stubborn things they are. They prowl the rocky savannah with the same torturous need as Sisyphus' own. They love each other, that much is true, but their desire to protect- to hide this secret (a secret they still do not understand) clings to their every thought, their every want and need, poisoning it with violence and untold things.

+Names are to be received from the portal. Only the cub and it's mother will leave for it, no one else comes with them.
+Mothers are to act as law makers, the pride leader is to keep the discussions calm and nonviolent.
+Companions are to lead the pack in place of the Leader, if it is called for. In the instance the Companion is dead, or unavailable, Mothers are to consult the portal.
+Ignore the hunters, venturing off into the fog often ruins their mind. After a point they will become unusable to the pride. In such an instance, lead the hunter through the portal.
+Hunters are to make sure that they do not hunt and eat the infected.
+Kill anyone with any signs of infection, for the safety of the pride.
