_Mauti_'s Den

In your travels. You wander upon a sprawling jungle. It seems to stretch on forever. A green dot in a mass of desert sand. You enter inside. You encounter many exotic plants and animals. The birds flit from tree to tree and small beasts scurry along the floor desperate to get out of your way. Massive flowers bigger then your head bloom above you. It’s almost surreal.

For a few days, you explore the forest before meeting a group of lioness. They seem friendly enough and lead you to their pride.

Eventually you break through the mass of trees into a large clearing. Great walls of rock line the three sides of the space and a large blue waterfall crashes down into a large pool. As you examine the cliff closely, you notice at the base there are three entrances each spaced about thirty lions away from each other. You follow your escorts as they walk nearer. They tell you to explore and all but one leaves. A smiling lioness that introduces you to their pride male. He introduces himself as Mauti and offers to show you around.
