⛧ Pride Lore ⛧

Deep within the realm of Duat, you will find a pride that works ceaselessly with the souls of the deceased guided by their Deity, Anubis. Some of the Deity’s followers guide souls both new and old to their eternal resting places, while others pass judgment on them. Condemning any whose soul is not pure to be eaten by Ammut, the Devourer. The Jackal, Anubis, Himself tends to sit within his shrine. Watching the happenings within his realm of the dead. Only stepping up when weighing the sins of souls waiting to be killed once more, or accepted into the world of the dead. The golden markings that shine against his void like pelt discerning him from any normal being. His judgment filled, intense, gaze seemingly boring into your very essence. . .and his golden claws prepared to toss into any soul he deems unworthy to the Devourer…
Duat, The Underworld, in of itself is not a place to be trifled with. . .Filled with endless demons waiting to devour the souls of those who wander too far, or those who are deemed to have sinned. Should your heart and soul betray you during Anubis’ Judgment . . . it wouldn't be lacking to say you would experience the agony of death once more.

So beware. . . Do not enter the Jackals den if both your soul and your heart carry impurities, lest you too be dragged into the depths of Duat.
