The New Reign

You awake to see the pride in a small circle. It is the middle of the night, and you go to see what has happened. You stumble into the circle, only to find the lifeless body of Queen Circinae. The pride is looking down in mourning, and you join the mourn. You open one of your eyes, to notice the Sa`kou, Condor, arising from her place. The pride follows slowly, and sits beneath as she bounds up the sunstones, and begins a roar. The pride follows the roar, including you. The pride roars for at least a minute, before Condor silences everybody. You notice as everybody begins rotating around Circinae's body in a circle, and Harrier steps into the circle, and sits beside her body. She begins doing what you think is a ritual, and she starts guiding her paws from Circinae's body, up to the sky. They soon stop, and all focus on Condor on the sunstones. ‘We shall hold a silence tonight, in rememberance of Queen Circinae.’
They all nodded, and everybody headed back to their quarters, leaving you a bit confused.
