The war between the Sun's Shade Pride and a human kingdom called 'Zaupliwios' has gone on for the past 200 years, with both parties suffering great losses within this time of pain and sorrow. Zaupliwios is a violent, destructive kingdom that is trying to take the land of The Sun's Shade Pride to steal its resources and use the fertile soil for farms.
As the leonin were pushed from their homes, a brave lioness stood to protect her and her pridemates' land. This lioness soon became quite popular and became the first queen of the pride lands and earning the name 'Wild Dog That Strikes Rabbit'. She led her people into the first battle, now known as the 'The Battle Of Burning Flags', due to her people lighting the flags ablaze and using them to burn soldiers. Soon, the leonin were regaining their land at rapid speeds, but the people of Zaupliwios grew angry. They were promised more land for farms and homes, but now they were losing to lions? Many humans signed up to become soldiers, wanting to take the lands they felt they were owed.
As the battles continued, humans and leonin alike were injured or enslaved, leaving behind nothing but bloodshed and carcasses on the battlefields. After almost 25 years of nonstop battles and fights Queen Wild Dog That Strikes Rabbit had a daughter to continue fighting for her if she were to die in battle. Growl Of Great Warrior, the daughter of the Queen, was crowned after her mother passed away from internal bleeding at the age of 45 years old.
Queen Growl Of Great Warrior was a great leader and even better fighter. At the age of
20 years old, she had already led many successful crusades against the Zuapliwios people, causing many leonin to respect her for being more than just the Ex-Queen's daughter. Soon, she was able to make deals with two tribes of orcs that resided closer North. The orc tribes were happy to help, causing the Sun's Shade army to grow triple its original size.
Soon, Queen Growl Of Great Warrior was executed after being captured by a few human hunters. Her body was turned into taxidermy, which is now held within the 'Royal Museum of Zuapliwios History' in the kingdom's capital.
Before she was captured, she had a daughter and named her Flowers That Spring From Vines. Queen Flowers That Spring From Vines now rules the Sun's Shade Pride with her mate, Deep Sea That Hides Secrets.
