Pride Lore

The leader of the small pride Coruscant had been born in the galaxy instead of most lions on earth, she was often referred to as being a smart and fair cub. She lived within a pride that was large and ruled by a few males and females, the pride called the 12 lions the council, it consisted of 5 females and 7 males and they would determine what rules should be added or removed for the pride, and if a lion who betrayed them would get another chance or if they would get death. The pride had been around for years standing tall above others until in July new lions arrived to the lands through multiple portals that opened on earth. The lions seemed friendly at first, until they came together to overthrow the pride, they came once the sun was setting and Coruscant was cuddling next to her mother sound asleep until they hear a loud scream of a lion. It had sounded familiar and her mother froze in place taking a deep breath before telling Coruscant to hide in the grass. Coruscant frightened from her mothers tone of voice and the fact she was telling her to hide had made her shake with fear of what had happened and what might happen next. Only a few minutes later she heard screaming and fighting nearby, the smell of death was beginning to form around the area. She saw other cubs a while away and decided to slowing go to them, but she froze in place when a large male lion way bigger then most she had ever seen and had long teeth and a muscular build was sniffing the ground creeping closer to the other cubs. The cubs once the other lion got closer they darted all in different directions, it wasn't much longer after the lion chased one down, that she heard a frightened scream. The other 3 didn't survive either... three long hours later they where finally gone, the strangers had left at last Coruscant could see her mother and father. She had come out of hiding and looked around eager to find her mom, yet all she found was nothing, they hadn't died yet there scent trail hinting at the fact they ran away into a different direction from the fight. Coruscant decided to follow the scent trail for weeks until she was found by a small group of lionesses. When they noticed the cub they where obviously confused of got it got here and decided to just take the cub back to there pride and treated it as there own. A few years later Coruscant had grown and was bored of being in the lower ranks of the pride, she mostly cleaned the sleeping areas, watched cubs while the pride was gone. etc. So she decided to make her own pride, once she told the pride they thought she was joking and thought nothing of it. Until they found her den empty along with 4 other lions missing including a smilus male, a colorbomb lioness named candy, a primal adol, and a achro adol. Now they have made a pride with Coruscant, yet the old pride sometimes looks out of there territory for them wondering if they will return.

About the pride beliefs

The pride believes that once you die you are given a spirit animal to keep you company and to protect you in the afterlife.

The pride also believes that once you die you become a spirit that roams the sky.

Another thing the pride believes that the ruler of the pride is a demigod and depending on what you look like or what base you have will determine what half god you are.

If you are born a mutie you are born for greatness and you are a blessing from the gods.

If a lioness has a lethal cub the pride believes that is the sign of a bad omen.
