Sanja's Den

The gentle, warm water laps against the crown of your metacarpals as you wade through the shallow marshes. The region is unfamiliar, odd even, regardless of seasons and dry spouts it remains an aquatic and oasis. A majority of the wetlands is relatively shallow while several rivers and lakes connect periodically throughout the territory. Eventually, after several hours of wadding through the land, in search of sustenance for your pride, you stumble across several lionesses and a hoard of cubs. They all seize at the sight of a potential threat. A larger female stand to her feet quickly, instantaneously baring her teeth and letting out a deep rumble from her chest allowing the other pride members to cautiously move back. Both you and the small ground of lions stand off momentarily before the sound of a large entity breaking nearby shrubbery catches everyone's attention. A godly sized, masculine figure steps out on heavy paws. The small band of female's body language seemingly relaxed as yours tenses. The energy and dark frame of the male is nothing but slightly daunting. The brute hardly acknowledges you as he pads forward, greeting and nuzzling his females quickly before his attention sharply turned towards the foreign presence. As you face the male, you notice his oculits. Both are milky white yet bright and focused. His deep voice rumbles the loose earth below you as he speaks, "Just passing by friend?", he asked, attempting to diffuse the situation. You nod in agreement, "Take the time you need, times are rough now a days." You thank the amiable male for his understanding and start off towards the eastern edge of the territory.
