Background story

The pride of the blood moon. A pride ravenged by hunger, disease, death, and loss. A pride where prey is scarce and motherless cubs roaming around.
This place was once beautiful, ruled by a king who took care of his pridemates no matter the age, beauty, or worth. Those days were far too short. A son, A primal beast, was born. He was the kings pride and joy, despite his awful behavior. He was even named Solaris, The Sun, because of how brightly he shined in his fathers eyes. It wasn't long until that beast grew, growing both powerful and evil. He killed his mother, father, and anyone else who was openly against him. It wasnt long until the pride was run into ruins.
Mothers fear for their cubs, but what can they do? They can only hope a cub will be given to them, sent by the godess of the moon to save them all.
Do not stray here for too long, traveler. Once your paws touch his land, he will find you…
