ʚ Meet The Pride! ɞ

Words have spread that a pride has laid claim upon the top of the highest mountain in the lands. “Mount Three Suns” it is named, known for its harsh and unforgiving environment, not even the most skilled of kings dare to dominate its peaks. How could pride live upon it? That question was the reason you were led to this pride. And why how your breath was taken away after laying your eyes upon the nirvana that lays before you?

After you ventured through the vile cold and whipping snow storms you came across a valley in the midst of the mountain. It wasn't what you expected; no. Large conifer trees provide protection from the high-speed winds of Mount Three Suns, and though it was a flat land full of bright colourful flowers. Yes, it was cold yet-- it was liveable.

Your eyes scan the area before you and lands on a lioness upon a crack of rocks jutting out from a hillside. How long has she been watching you. she doesn't break eye contact leaving you slightly uneasy, yet decide to approach to ask about this pride. As you meet this lioness her strong form becomes clear to you, a breed of lioness that you have seen only on occasions; a felis primal.

She speaks, her voice wispy-- almost a whisper. “How may I assist you stranger?”
You explain about your travels and the reason for the trek, this felis listen with an odd amount of intent. “I see, well you are welcome here for as long as you wish to stay. Yet you must be tired from your climb, rest if you need, take prey if you so wish. My lionesses will make sure you're well cared for.”
The word “My” brings you to the realization that this lioness, as soft and docile as she is, is the leader of this pride. You bow your head to her and apologize for not recognizing her. She merely covers her muzzle with her large paw and lets out a chuckle, a sound smooth as honey. “Oh please-- no need to flatter me. I am Helianthus, the Vision Bringer of Three Suns. But please just consider me a friendly face, nothing else.”

Nodding your head, this lioness by the name Helianthus you have come to learn sends you on your way with a soft smile. You slide down the lookout and carry on with your business within the pride of Three Suns.
