Pride Lore

First Rulers: 🧿𝓣𝓲𝓶𝓸𝓷 & 𝓣𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓪𝓷𝓪🧿
Timon was born to a lone lioness named Tiga in the middle of a thick jungle. With no males to protect them, his mother had to try her best to hide him while she hunted for food. They survived together for a few years before his mother eventually died while out hunting. This devistated Timon as his mother was the only one he knew. He spent months wandering thoes woods, luckly his mother tought him to hunt for himself, so he didnt have a fate like hers. One day, Timon stumbled across a pride with an old ruler. This particular ruler already looked as if he was in his last few weeks of life. His name was P0t@t0. P0t@t0 knew he was on his last few weeks, so he told Timon to kill him so he didnt have to suffer any longer. His pride gasped when hearing the words come from their great ruler. He told him to take his pride and grow with them. Timon felt sad, seeing the old lion begging for death, but he obliged. He didnt do it ruthlessly, however, instead he fed the man herbs with his food that allowed him to pass peacefully in his slumber that night. This gained the adoration, acceptance, and respect of P0t@t0s pride without the hastle of fear. The next morning Timon went and dug a grave for P0t@t0 and the pride helpped with burying him. Timon made sure P0t@t0 had a beautiful grave site by decorating it in flowers and had it surrounded by lush trees. P0t@t0 will never be forgotten in this pride, and Timon will be forever grateful for the old mans sacrifice in giving him a place to finnaly call home. A year later, Timon found Tatiana and fell deeply in love with her. They were soon wed and ruled their pride with great honor and dignity.

Pumba was born on a dark, stormy night in Blue Bird Pride to his father Timon and his mother Tatiana. While growing up, his pride mates would tease him about how he didnt look like his parents. He brought this to his parents one day, they always told him that no lion looks exatly like both of their parents and that he was a beautiful blessing from the gods. Timon would always tell him about the great sacrifice of king P0t@t0. This story always make Pumba think about how great the old kings are. He would often go out at night, and look up into the sky. He would speak to the gods, the old kings who passed away before he entered the earth. He knew that one day, he would too be there with the great kings, and he would lead the future generations. He always admired the great king P0t@t0 for his sacrifice for his father. One night, while out watching the stars, he was joined by a lovely lioness. Her name was Pemba, and he was deeply in love with her. He did everything he could to make her happy. Every time he saw her, he would scrable to find a flower and give it to her. He would often stumble on his words while talking to her. On one, starry beautiful night, Pumba proposed to Pemba, and they were married the following month under the beautiful stars they once met under.
