The Great Dragon's Den

You travel to a densely populated wood, gravel, and rock. Most dried and not much water in sight, though the area is lively with prey in the distance. You notice a rather rugged looking king with and evil smirk that seems to be stained to his face as he booms out " Hello Traveler! What brings you to my territory?" He smirks, as if knowing he has a strong pride.

After walking around a while with the king, you notice two dens, one with vey healthy, gorgeous and strong lionesses, the other with cubs and lionesses plain and weak looking. You inquire about this as the king explains.

"Being in these harsh lands you have to be strong, skilled, or gorgeous to survive here. If you arnt strong or skilled, you cant hunt and feed the pack, if you arent pretty, kind, or special moral and moods go down within the pride. So sadly we must give these cubs and lionesses to other lions and kings to keep our own strong. That doesnt mean anything is wrong with them, just not accepted in my pride. Its painfull to do, especially to your own cub, but it is a must."

You take in every word, and understand. prides must be proud of who their family are, and if not the pride falls. You guess hes evil with a heart.
