Þriðja's Den

It's a similarly cold, foggy night. You look around, only hearing the faint chatter of lionesses and lions. You run towards it, your cold breath mixing in with the haze of fog surrounding you. A haorfrosted lion stops you in your tracks. You recognize him; he’s the one who supposedly is no heir. You ask him how his king is doing, so he replies.
“He has moved on. Now, in such a turn of events, I lead this pride with a new name. The Primal heir was given away for space. It is good to see you again, traveler. Come, take shelter in my pride. The fog will clear in the morning.”
You follow him to the familiar pride; Some lionesses recognize you while others don’t. It seems that your presence is only remembered by those who saw you. The ones you do welcome you back.
Once your interaction has stopped, the King leads you to the same den you slept in when you first came. He wishes for you to have a good rest. You thank him.
You lay your head in the lone cave not far from the other dens, falling asleep.
Will you choose to leave or stay to look around in the morning? That is your choice to make.
