You did great today because you existed. Some days are really hard, I know that because I have really hard days too; but I want you to know that you can do it. I'm not sure what the world holds for you or me, but even when I'm too tired to get out of bed and eat, I wonder what's out there.
Stay strong, stay safe, stay here.
Lastly, take care. You deserve that, even if you don't think so.
Water | Bring a huge bottle/gallon of it into your room for the days that you can't get up
Food | Something quick is fine, something yummy is fine, something you like is fine, something little is fine
Teeth/Shower | This one is hard, I know. I struggle with it too. If you can, rinse your mouth, maybe mouthwash, or floss. Do it sitting down, you don't have to stand, have a chair/stool in your bathroom if you need it. Sit in your shower, have a little chair in there if it helps. If not to get yourself clean, then to make laying in bed even comfier.
For each one, give yourself a star, gold, green, red, your favorite colour, whatever.
