Territory, Lore & The King!・❥

With food becoming ever so scarce, desperation sets in & prides begun to fight for food. Worsening weather conditions have forced prey away, leaving little for the remaining predators. Rumors of "cleansing" the lands through sacrifices & cannibalism have been fluttering through the lands. Having nothing left to lose, it's become a kill or be killed environment. Nearby predators are becoming desperate as well, forcing them to see lions as their only option.

There's been a rumor of cannibalism being practiced to appease mother nature & restore the "balance". To murder & consume an enemy or a loner could lead to the end of a struggle.

With each step, the sound of soft steps could be heard against the sun-baked ground. The soil is dry & hard against your pads. The earth below you is desperate for water as much as you are. With some luck, you could come across a watering hole if you keep trudging forward.

Coming to a stop, you move your head down. Taking in a deep breath of air as the sun takes every last energy you have. You can't stop now. Not here. You heard the rumors the small creatures whisper to you. It is dangerous here. The lions, the prides, the eat each other.

After a small moment, you rise your head back up in the sky. As you do this, your eyes meet a orange figure before you. Your heart could stop at the sight; a large male stands before you. Behind him is shades of orange, browns & tans; his pride.

The male moves forward, his eyes cold as winter. "You are not around here, are you?" He growled under his breath. He was right, you are not from these parts. "You'll die if you are not careful." He said, circling you once than went back to his pride. As if it was a whisper, the male said one last thing to you. "Follow." With that, he pushed passed his pride & went into the distance.

Do you follow? Do you trust this lion you just met?



Cassidy is known to be quite slothful. He would rather use his time to lay around, than to manage his own pride. In fact, it can take a lot to motivate this bastard to do something that doesn't interest him. Cassidy is also quite.. boorish, uncivil & might have an uncaring attitude toward anyone. However, this is just his nature, and normally means nothing by it.
