I buckle down on making sure my Lioness's, and myself, are clean gen. There will rarely be occasions.
I will not accept offers and trades related to dirty Lioness's.
*My reason? Because I think there is a certain mut bonus on cubs who have mutated heritage; i am still testing this theory.
This theory is true, does the inbreeding affect the mut bonuses? Maybe at that moment but I think it just cancels that one bonus

For project Den- It's the footnote and the biography you need to look at- the Footnote will have their (Random color heart for fertility)Base Color/Genetic rarity/how many slots they have.

Biography will hold their breeding results, what they bred to, what items they used, litter amount, and any mutation.
