TIGER'S EYE's Den

As you're crossing the border into another pride's territory, an adolescent with incredible strength tackles you into the floor. He had his talon like claws in your face, snarling. "This area is mine, and I do not take kindly to trespassers."

This.. adolescent, the king of a pride?? No way! This pride must be incredibly stupid! You try to get out of his pin but he slams you back down, so you start explaining you are just passing through.

He had a thoughtful expression for a moment before letting you up, letting out a small chuckle. "Haha..sorry, I'm sometimes a little too overeager to protect my pride, especially the young ones." The Lion gestured to a bundle of cubs behind him, they were crouched in the dry grass and watching eagerly. "You can pass through, but I will keep a watchful eye on you. Watch yourself stranger."

He warned before walking off to a small pile of eagerly watching cubs, licking at their ears and settling down.

You could feel his glare burning into your back as you passed through his territory.

Tiger's eye, despite being such a young lion, took over the pride when a famine wiped out almost every lion and lioness in the pride.

Even once the pride recovered and gained more members, he remained king.

He takes care of every lion, doing his best to interact with them every day and make them all feel loved and protected. He always makes sure no one has to go hungry again.

When hes free from the stress of patrolling, he's hanging out with cubs and teaching them how to be great rulers of a pride, in case they ever wanted to go off and start their own.
