As you push back some damp reeds the voices of many other lions hit your ears. You stopped for a second, reflecting on the fact that you heard.. other lions? A secluded part of the savannah, surrounded by a great line of trees was an odd place for a pride leader to call home, let alone a reed-infested pond! Crickle.. crackle.. The sound of ancient reeds snapping came from behind. But in an instant.. it stopped.
`` Who are you, and what are you doing in my pond? `` You turn around to be faced with a lion. He is smaller than you, with hollow, glowing eyes fixed in a stern stare. His paws were balanced on some intertwined reeds that formed a small platform underneath him. Oops, you've got some explaining to do..
