The rise and fall of the cloaked in golden.

Once, in a land where snow met stone, a lion stumbled into exile - not from battle, but from sloth. His name was Tiger Eye, and he had been cast out of his birth pride for doing nothing at all. Lazy, spoiled, and too stubborn to listen, he wandered until he found a place no lion claimed. There, he founded a pride.

At first, it grew fast. Lions from scattered lands came, fooled by his charm and promises of peace. But it didn’t take long for truth to bleed through the snow. Tiger Eye ruled not with strength, but whim. He ignored the needs of his pride, chasing away pregnant lionesses if they annoyed him, swatting at cubs for being loud, sleeping through hunts and meetings. He was king by name alone, a creature of indulgence and chaos.

And yet, he lasted. Sixteen long years.

Then came a stranger - white-furred and silent - who called himself Theluji. A loner with the flames in his eyes, he asked only to stay. Tiger Eye, amused by the quiet lion, welcomed him and made him heir, mistaking patience for loyalty.

But Theluji had watched long enough.

On a night where clouds swallowed the moon and the snow fell like whispers, Tiger Eye vanished. No tracks. No sounds. Just empty silence.

At dawn, Theluji stood where Tiger Eye once ruled. He did not claim the throne in triumph. He wore the black wrappings of shadow and snow, and spoke only one truth: "This pride is no longer his. From now on, I will be the guardian of this place and until my last breath I will protect this pride from the dangers outside." And so he changed his name to Guardian of Theluji, and the pride, once broken and wandering under a lazy tyrant, became whole again. His rule was not loud. It was steady. The pride learned to trust again.

(Tiger Eye's name is originally Olho de Tigre, but i changed to english bc his og name is horrible)
