As above, so below, it's a rule often spoken by humans yet observed far beyond their reach. That much was proven by two lions, one of whom became as warm and welcoming as the dawn itself yet just as capricious as a newly budding day, and the other cooled into a calm, knowing, nocturne sense of certainty - just as the moon always tails the sun. Yet, their climb to power followed two separate paths to the same end goal; where the Venusian Altairon gave up offerings of shells, gemstones, and even flirtations fit to impress his unlikely patron, the Plutonian Eoron found another means of appeasing a different sort of patron. The leaded arrow to the gilded one, the Anteros to contrast Eros. While his companion leads seduced lionesses to safety, right into the furrless paws of gawking humans who promise security within their reserves, Eoron has a...different means of handling undesired lionesses who follow him home after a few sly gestures.

After all, his lionesses center their works around strange altars, formations of broken, chipped-to-shape stone that no longer hold their earthen and ivory tones are stained a rusty, ruddy browned-crimson. Locks of fur remain stuck in crags of rock. A hissing tone heckles you for "Ogling a useless rock, back to the central clearing! Now!" Maybe you'll have to do some more investigating to figure out what's going on here - without losing your pelt in the process. Or your life.

🖤Shadeworn Glen🖤, a strange cove deep admist the jungle where a suspiciously stained rock sits, surrounded by a shallow, lion-dug moat lined in...are those gemstones? Any lions here can be purchased for a measly, 10 Silver Beetle price, as if they weren't meant to stay for long anyway... Especially since they only tend to stay for a few hours before 'vanishing', only to be replaced shortly afterward.
