Sun Wanderer's Den

The scent of wildflowers and grass fills your nose as you wander further into the Shrubland. It makes sense that these are the scents surrounding you, given just how many flowers and other plants have bloomed all across the soil.
It's peaceful, the sun shining through the thin trees and warming up the ground, with just enough shade to bring a cooling, comforting sensation to your pelt.
Just as you're about to lay down for a well-earned nap, a booming voice calls out to you.

"Hey there, stranger." The voice chuffed. You glance around frantically before a fluffy, brightly-colored mane pops out of the lush grass.
His eyes are warm as he observes you, stepping closer, but still keeping his distance.
"Had I known we'd have guests, I woulda groomed s'more."
This lion was massive. To say that he looked like he could crush every bone in your body was an understatement. But, his eyes held no malice. Only a welcoming friendliness and curiosity.
"Come 'ere, come 'ere. You mus' be hungry, yeah?" The big king asked with a tilted head. "We got plenty to spare, if ya couldn't tell." His laugh is loud and bellowing, practically shaking the earth as he signals to his own plumper stomach.
Turning around, he wandered deeper into the grass, not bothering to glance behind him until you reach his side.
The striped feline gazes at you with his bright eyes before smiling. "The name's Sun Wanderer. Do ya got one, or should I jus' keep callin' you 'stranger'?"
