Nightsky's Den

You've been walking for miles in a lush territory you've never seen before. You pass by a rabbit skeleton or two, then a few scraps of fur until soon you start to wonder, is someone already here? You look around to see a large gray colored male poking his head around a great tree, twitching his speckled ears for you to follow. He leads you through soft, thick grass and around large trees looming overhead. Not soon after, you emerge from a ledge into a wide patch of grass surrounded by a babbling brook. The speckled lion sits neatly next to you, dipping his head to the large pride purring a warm welcome.

On the clustered edge of the forest, there lives a great pride of lions. The pride, named Shadeclan, is led by Nightsky, the newest king of the pride after Mudstream.

Shadeclan is a peaceful Clan, respectful of the other prides surrounding them. They thrive among the looming trees and babbling brooks they've lived in for eons. In battle, Shadeclan is flexible, cunning, and surefooted. They have keen stalking techniques, able to blend even the lightest coats with the sunlight parting overhead. They do not like open areas and do not deal well in terribly dry terrain, preferring the soft shrubs of the forest.
