* Pride History *
First Era:
The Reign of Sam Winchester, The Just
Sam Winchester was a a kind-hearted, if a bit gullible, king. He saw the best in everyone and everything and grew his pride as such. Coming from living with humans, Sam knew nothing of the wild and how prides and clans were structured, so there was little to no structure during his time. However, he knew that if his pride were to continue on he would have to adopt the ways of the wild lions and chose young Ravenfeather as his worthy successor.

Second Era:
The Reign of Ravenfeather, King of the Jungle
Ravenfeather was a fairly young and stubborn lion, but he was truly good at heart. A bit quick to anger and not hesitant to fight anything that threatened his pride, Ravenfeather was a strong leader, but he had a heart kind and was compassionate enough that even King Sam Winchester could not compare. Ravenfeather developed the ability to see and communicate with spirits of deceased lions and other animals, and used it for the good pf the pride and the other animals living within his territory. In his search for an heir, Ravenfeather found the long lost brother of the previous King, Dean Winchester, and has decided to take him on as the next king just a few hours before passing away.

Third Era:
The Reign of Dean Winchester, The Wild-Card
Dean was chosen as an heir at the last minute, with his relation to the original king of the pride being the main deciding factor. Dean is a wild card, bouncing back and forth between good and evil, so it was unclear what kind of king he would be for his pride. However, he turned out to be just as kind as the two kings before him, though he was as reckless and fun loving as a cub. Dean's body was brought back to the pride's den by a formidably massive outsider by the name of Kylo Ren. With no other eligible males in the pride to take on the role of King, Kylo stepped forward and took the position by force. It is still unknown whether or not Kylo was the one who killed Dean, but one thing remains certain- Dean will be sorely missed.

Fourth Era:
The Reign of Kylo Ren, The Primal
Kylo Ren became King through circumstance and fear. When he arrived at the pride with the former kings body hanging from his jaws, everylion assumed he'd murdered him and had come to take the throne. While this was not the case (Kylo had stumbled upon Dean in a fight with a pack of hyenas and pulled the scavengers off of him before they could eat the King). Kylo used his hulking figure and the prides assumptions to his advantage.

Fifth Era:
The Reign of Starlord, The Awesome
Starlord was a scatterbrained and immature king. He would disappear for months on end, causing the pride to fall into chaos before his death at the hands of hostile loner that he (mistakenly) challenged to a dance off.

Sixth Era:
The Reign of Kylo Ren, The Reincarnate
The current king, Kylo Ren the Second, is the reincarnated form of Kylo Ren, the fourth king of the pride. He appeared from thin air just as Starlord passed, causeing several females to faint from the shock of seeing the former and beloved mate return from the dead. He looks a bit different now (he's an adol again, has different form of primal, and he HAS WINGS WTF), but that could possibly be attributed to returning from the land of the dead? Oh, not to mention the heavenly glow emanating from his body...

Seventh Era:
The Reign of Kylo Ren, Episode III Revenge of the Kylo
Kylo was killed in combat while assisting Anubis during a battle with the Serpent Apophis. Anubis revived Kylo, however, his body changed. He is no longer a primal lion, but a deceptively feminine piebald. He can often be found hanging out with his "roommates," Anubis and Laharu.

Eighth Era:
After Kylo Ren III ran off with Anubis and Laharu, lead huntress VultureWing stepped into power. She vowed to return the pride to the Old Ways and reinstated the Warrior Code. She took the name VultureStar and is a fair but firm Queen.
