Since there are so many people not reading the rules and getting told for it, claiming "Well I'm new" that isn't really an excuse, you should be mature enough to have read the rules.

I've come up with an idea for this problem why not at each Registration, have the newbie select the answer for each question about the rules such as:

How old do you have to be to register on Lioden?

A. 13

B. 18

C. 15

D. 16

Do you have to respect other members including modderators?

A. Yes

B. No

c. We are allowed to whatever we want.

Are you allowed to swear?

A. Yes

B. No

c. As long as it's not directed at other members.

Are you allowed to post sales in the CHAT room?

A. No

B. Yes

And so on so forth, make at least 10 questions for the newbies to answer, if they didn't get it correct, it would send it back to the amount of questions they didn't get right but with a different question. And until they got all of the questions right they won't be able to proceed. This way those /few/ people who don't read the Terms and Conditions HAVE to read it. Thus making it a bit easier on the mods.
