Outlaw (played by African Outlaw #52897) Has designated His pride as a rescue for Lions and Lioness's of all ages!

These are unwanted, unloved lions that were either going to be chased, killed, or were found wandering all alone on our explorations. They are free to good homes and are not sold for profit by the volunteers.

I, Damsel, with my two kings Mfalme Kutika Nje (Main account #3241) and Mfalme Wa Ya Usiku (Alt,#3233), have volunteered to assist in the rescue efforts for these lions. :)

Anyone who wishes to join us as a volunteer may do so by contacting African Outlaw or myself directly via PM.

Rules for Volunteering-MUST READ BEFORE SIGNING UP!

~Make sure any lion your giving to someone to adopt, you give it to them FREE.

~Do not kill any of the lionesss/cubs you have up for adoption. If you need more room for your own pride members, fine, but give them to one of the other volunteers to adopt out.
DON'T KILL, EVER! And notify us (Outlaw or myself) of any pride trading between yourselves and adoptions asap, please! We are trying to monitor the total amount of lions rescued and re-homed.

*SIDE NOTE* if you have an over abundance of adoptees and all other rescues are full and can not take them, it is acceptable to chase them off. This is a last resort. You MUST check with all the other rescues prior to chasing. The no kill rule is still in effect.

You may also donate to giveaway threads outside of the Rescue operation, as long as you write something in the lion's profile, labeling it as a rescue and stating it can not be killed or sold, and you inform the person holding the giveaway of this.

If we all get overcrowded, we will probably find giveaway threads that need donations and push our overflow there.(This has not been set in stone yet, but it's an idea for the future.)

~When a lion is adopted out, reserved, or is to be added to the thread, please contact me with the lions number and it's profile link and what is to be done with it (removed, marked as reserved until it is removed, added) so that I may update the main post accordingly.

As a volunteer, you do get some reward. African Outlaw is kind enough to give all volunteers 5 daily SB for their contribution to the rescue relief effort. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU GET 5 SB FOR DONATING A LION TO OUR RESCUES. It means if you actively rescue (i.e house them in your pride and give them away for free AND ARE LISTED AS DOING SUCH), you will earn the Daily Sb

~PLEASE DO NOT KILL OR SELL YOUR ADOPTEES!
If at some point after you adopt a lion you decide you do not want it anymore, please contact one of the listed Volunteers and we will figure out where is best to send it.
Your alternative option is to GIFT (Stress on this because we'd like it to be FREE) it to another player, informing said player of the rule.
Ignoring this rule kinda defeats the purpose of the rescue and if I catch you doing so, you will be warned. Second offenders, I will ban you from adopting from us.

HOW THIS WORKS

Ok, so the way this works is I will post a list of the rescues I currently have available in my den, followed by Outlaw's list, and then any volunteers who have adoptees will follow that. I will try to post descriptions but seeing as there will probably be A LOT of them, I will probably only post links, with the lion's number, gender, base color, any special marks, and fertility or stats (based on gender, obviously)

If you are interested in any of the lions posted, you may do one of the following things:

1) Contact the Den owner of the adoptee listed with the message title being "Adoption Request" . In the message, please include the link to the desired lion(s)

OR

2)Please post the Den Owner's name and the desired lion(s) link(s) here and we will network it out.

OR

3) To be on the safe side, do both.
