Not particularly good, Aberdare usually doesn't take things seriously. Hard times don't affect him as hard as some, but when someone really needs to talk he spaces out, which can cause a rift between him and the other cat
- Impatient -
He has little time to wait around. Or so he thinks. He doesn't like to be cautious and would rather dive right in. Lucky for him, Persica won't usually let him.
- Aggressive -
He isn't super quick to a fight, but in the right situation, you'd best watch what you say. If you make the wrong move, you'll not leave with everything you entered the fight with. Best watch your step around Abe and his friends.
Biography: Aberdare and Persica's mother Aster was a young black she-cat who lived on her own. She didn't particularly like other cats and hid or ran when she came across any. She usually stayed in the forest, and one day met a charming tom named Buck. They.. spent some time together, and they drifted apart soon after.
A moon or so later, Aster gave birth to two beautiful kits. She raised them alone, happy for once in other cats' company. She taught them to hunt, and where to hide. Abe didn't much like the hiding idea, and often played tricks on his sister and mother when they were intense in a training session. But he could be patient enough to hunt, and loved the taste of mouse.
Their mother left them near the trunk of a dead tree one day, as she wanted to scout about a little ways away and thought she scented something suspicous. After much too long being away, their mother returned, spattered red with blood and half-dragging her rear end. She barely spluttered out something about a ranting bull.
Despite her terrified kits' attempts, Aster died in the night. Aber was the first to wake up, feeling his mother's stiff, cold flank pressed to his fur. He woke Persica and drug her away by the scruff without letting her turn back. They struggled on their own, after that, and never starved thanks to Per's hunting, hiding, and logic skills. Now they more or less know what they're doing, and are surviving best they can.

Persica has no trouble memorizing unimportant details. This can crowd her mind, or be helpful later.
-Overly Cautious-
She also has a problem trusting strangers and strange places. It takes awhile for her to warm up to you and don't be surprised if she gets back on the fence here and there.
-Paranoid-
Per sometimes has trouble letting things go that aren't important and still haunt her. She hates the darkness, loosing her mother to it as she'd put it.

@Signy can you distinguish your cats a bit? They all seem to have about the same personality. Also, could you change their history? As this is a realistic rp, and I've never heard of agressive cats or actual formed clans, it seems rather unlikely in these circumstances. And sorry, calico tom is already taken by Prince :3

@Signy is it extremely uncommon for a male to be calico or tortishell, as it causes a mutation with the fact that ginger and black coat coloration is assigned to the X chromosome. Females have 2 X's, which allows them to be calico and torie, but males {usually} have 1 X and 1 Y chromosome. The condition also makes them infertile usually, except in the peculiar cases of a few tortie main coon toms. Females can be torties in my roleplay, just only one male :3

Anything small and cute she wants to take care of. With this attitude, any kitten has a better chance at life.
+Clever+
In a fix, Val can put on her thinking cap and get down to business. It only takes a moment for genius, and she usually has a few. Watch out for her wit.
=Imaginative=
Val has a strong imagination most days. She's great for a story almost daily and has a load of jokes waiting to use at the right moment. Although this can make up monsters and fears in her head that are entirely irrational.
-Forgetful-
Sometimes things pile up in her mind and she loses track of what's on 'the bottom of the stack'. If she ever were to become a mother, she'd likely forget a few things for her kit{s} here or there.
-Pessomistic Realist-
Though a very outwardly happy cat, Valerian can't help but be skeptical of the world. Having never even heard of humans, she has a much kinder world to judge things on. Still, this doesn't stop her of being critical.

Biography: Valerian was born to a beautiful slim she-cat Yew, and a clever, strong tom, Arto. The pair had met not far from the forest, and had banded together to benefit each other. In a strictly business minded way, they agreed shortly after that more cats would benefit them greater. They decided that having kits of their own would be a good idea.

Thus, little over a month later, Valerian and her brother, Torry, were born. Their parents raised them with strict, simple rules, as not to go anywhere without their parents, to do as they say, and to remember what they learn from their parents. Val had no problem with this, and was eager to learn. Torry had another idea, and got in trouble regularly. Arto was more leniant, but Yew was particularly peeved by her son's uncaring nature.

When their kits grew to adult age, Torry was eager to leave. Astro continually persuaded him to linger--but this was a temporaril fix. Late one night, he woke Valerian in her sleep. He hustled her away from their sleeping place before she was awake enough to know what was happening. When she was, she asked him what he thought he was doing, and begged him to return to their parents. He refused, and she felt she had no choice. Torry never paid attention during lessons, and he was so naive. She had to help him.

However, she too, was inexperienced. They ran straight into a foraging badger that very night. Terrified and not even knowing a badger from a finch, the siblings split and tore off to hiding places here or there. In the morning, Val woke up in a short tree. But she couldn't see Torry anywhere. She searched for him a bit, but she couldn't find him. She moved farther from the thick of the forest, and still hopes to see him around sometime.
