I'm curious if there is a market at all for custom avatars? I just made one for myself and it occurred to me that maybe that'd be of interest to others? I'm a newbie and wondering about ways to make SB and since I'm artsy..  0 players like this post! Like? |

YES I would say that there definitely is! When I uploaded this icon, within just a couple of hours I got someone asking me if I made customs. After that, got about 3 more people asking! I didn't even make a topic, either, so if you made a topic advertising that you will make custom icons, you'll probably get more people asking. PS: don't let people lowball you! 1000 SB might sound like a lot when you're new, but you should really get a lot more than that. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I agree with what Thalath said. Don't let people underprice your art. From what I've seen in your icon, your art is decent. I'd pay 3 GB per an icon. 0 players like this post! Like? |

WOW thanks everyone! that helps a TON as my second question was going to be what on earth is art pricing around here lol I can do more complex digital work, my current icon started out as me making a business logo for myself lol then I just got all detail and.. well you see what happened XD http://filly8.deviantart.com/gallery/38763439/Digital-Drawings So, for my work seen in this folder above, what would you price my skill level at/worth? I mean I know my USD pricing but I get the feeling usd pricing is a LOT in GB or SB lol @Cytosine I don't copy any photos..?
