So, I came up with this idea a while ago, but only got around to suggesting it now - What if it were possible to subscribe to whole boards, like the entire "I'm Lost" board or the "Art Sales" board so you would be notified whenever a new thread went up? That would be rather helpful, I think, seeing as members would be able to help someone who posted on the "I'm Lost" board immediately or would be able to look at the new art shop the second it was posted. The only problems I can forsee with this idea is (a) People would be notified of WIP threads, and (b) It could lag the server, what with all the new threads being posted. You would have to physically press a 'subscribe to board' button to subscribe to a board, so it would immediately subscribe if you posted a thread in that board, or commented on something in that board. If you like the idea, then support, and if you don't like the idea, then don't support! <3 I would love if you could leave feedback about the idea in the comments. I'll support -- for now. LioDen has a total of 88,706 members, all of which will post at LEAST one topic. I know that there are about 100 topics going up every five minutes, so lag would be a BIG deal. You might have permanent support if a toggle switch was implemented or you had the choice to subscribe. I don't want to subscribe to the WHOLE board if I comment on one topic saying, "You can do _____ to get food easier," or "I love your art!" So my suggestion to add on? Thanks for the feedback, Undyne is currently unavailable so she asked me to answer the questions for her! @Ryebread You wouldn't have to subscribe to anything if you didn't want to, only those who thought it was useful and totally worth the flooding would subscribe @Grayscale You wouldn't immediately subscribe to the whole board if you just posted a comment. You would have to go physically press a 'subscribe to board' button. ^^ I also think there are much less than 100 threads being posted every five minutes, because would mean there would be 28800 threads being posted per day, and right now there are only about 26900 threads up in total. One of the helpers told me that they estimated 100 threads to be posted per day, and those are spread across all the boards. @yonkers That is a great suggestion, thank you!
