When you have a bunch of 1 use food items, a dropdown of your lionesses appears when you view the stack and you can just feed them easy without clicking on each and every carcass. With toys you have to click on each 1 use toy one by one every time. When you need to use toy items in bulk it becomes a huge hassle.
