Notice: This is how I think Kion should of been introduced. I like The Lion Guard but I do not believe in the fact of how it messes up the Lion Kings set timeline. Not only that theres way to many things that don't add up, so if you are against this thread do not flame it, do not join only to wreck the rp, just leave this thread now by clicking away!

Ok lets move on to the meat and bones of this thread!


This AU is how many fans believe things should of gone. Kion is Kiaras and Kovus son, his sister is named Kike. Kike is older then Kion and is next in line to be queen. The Kings of the Past grant Kion the roar because of the growing threat to the Pridelands (not because of the stupid idea of if two cubs are born the younger one becomes OP) the Hyena clans are growing because herds are spreading out to get more grazing lands and that means that the Hyenas can start picking off stragglers.

Kovu tells Kion that he will lead the Lion Guard, a group meant to protect the Pridelands, and he will have to find the Bravest, Strongest, Fastest, and Keenest of sight among animals of the Pridelands (Again different then the actual show because Simba was 'racist' saying the Guard was to only be made up of lions when the Kings CHOSE Kions friends because they all got the mark.) Kovu allows Kion to branch out and pick other animals knowing that there weren't enough cubs to fit the requirements to join the Guard.

Kion picks his friends and tells them about the Guard, after presenting them to his father Kovu accepts them as the first Lion Guard and they get their marks to help keep the Circle of Life in balance.

We will be starting when Kike and Kion are young cubs, growing up into young adols then Kovu getting the dream of Kion forming the Guard.

Side note: All the animals in the Guard and Kike are going to be young adults because I can't see a bunch of kids (The creator of TLG said Kion was like less then a year old in the show) becoming a 'Royal Guard' so to speak.

IC Rules:
Do not make your character a super evil character
Do not kill anyone else's character without their permission
If you play as a cannon character please try and stick to their cannon personality
Do not try to mini-mod in IC (IE: If someone accidentally powerplays don't start telling them they have to leave the thread or they have to delete their post or something, let me handle it or at the most send me their quoted post in a PM)
If you read this please instead of putting 'Here Comes the Lion Guard' put 'Sisi Ni Sawa' instead
