Current Status: Open for sign ups

There was a time before a lot of the wolves got sick.

It happened all at once, just two months ago. Wolves all over the country, both wild and in captivity, started acting... Off. They would not stay within their territories and began roaming through urban areas. They were hostile and aggressive, chasing after everything they came across. Wolves kept in zoos would endlessly knaw at the walls and chains that confined them, and showed no more fear towards humans. Hands would be bit. People have been killed, though not many... Ha.
Most of us have just been bit.
I didnt even need stitches, but it still happened.

People are fighting back, of course. Like after one chased me down a man with a hunting rifle was quick to make sure it didnt do too much damage to me. My heart pounded in my ears for a while after, but I was fine. That was just three days ago. Since the beginning of the attacks, a lot of wolves have been killed and many more have been sedated and put in a controlled environment. Some still appear now and again, but not many.

Wolves are peaceful animals. They were. We''re trying to fix it.

But strange things are starting to happen all over. People are changing, turning... Many are said to be posessed and have been killed. They grow fur, and shift, and are unable to control themselves. At one moment, they are plagued by incredible pains and the next they are at the ground snarling, in a wolf form.
The term "Werewolves" is being thrown around. I don't believe in werewolves. I don't.
I don't I don't I don't.
I didn't. But yesterday, something happened...
In my own small town, I watched someone first fall to the ground, and twitch, and shift...
And then chase after the people that ran.

Rules
•This will be semi-literate. Anywhere from one decently sized paragraph to somewhere around five paragraphs per character should be good.
•You may have up to three characters.
•I will only be accepting two to three roleplayers and then this will be private for us.
•If someone hasnt posted in 5 posts by any other people, I think we should wait until they post and I will message them.

The Setting
(At least, for the beginning)
Lockhaven- A sizeable town surrounded on the north side by a dense forest. It gives off sort of a small town vibe and typically has lots of tourists, especially since it boasted it did not have any signs of the wolf sickness... Until very recently. There are several roads that lead to other similarly sized towns and smaller. There is a city about 45 minutes away.
Since the attacks, the town in general has been in a sort of disarray. People tend to carry weapons with them and are more hostile.
