↳ besides the fantasy over-lay, please try and keep most things literate, and realistic. Transitioning between the two forms can and will cause pain. Your character can become wounded; and so on. Just, make sure to be alert for these times.

↳ there is no character limit. As long as you can handle them, you can have them.
↳ if you don't enjoy the bio template I create for you, you are free to either PM me for others you may use, or perhaps just simply make your own. As long as it has the necessary information.

↳ as this will be a semi-literate, towards literate roleplay, I'd like to ask everybody to write at a 80 word-100 word minimum. Granted, more is greatly preferred. But, 80-100 words is acceptable.

↳ be creative. Tell me how your character is different, or possibly just as everybody else. Tell me their flaws, and weaknesses. Along with their fears and dreams. It's okay to be unsure of what character you want to play as. And it's alright to want to develop them through the roleplay. Being vague is fine. But show me through your bio what you're capable of in a nut shell. I enjoy reading these bios. And the most I want for anybody is for you to enjoy making these bios.

↳ this will be a fantasy roleplay. However, no powers. The most I'll allow is some forms of wizardry and sorcery such as alchemy. The Locanthropedic will take up the majority of 'fantasy'.

↳ this is based in the late 1800's towards early 1900's. Cars are a rarity, and mostly for the more wealthy of folks. There is little technology, and so on. If you need any more information on how people act in the said time period, you may use google to your aid, or PM me. However, I'd suggest looking it up before coming to me as, history isn't my greatest subject.

↳ please have decent grammar and spelling. Different roleplay styles can be a exception. But, it all really depends. Don't worry, I'll ask you through messaging if I have a problem, question, concern, or thought about your style. I'm very loose on this subject.

↳ the Scratched are to be treated poorly by the Lacanthropedic due to their lesser DNA pool. If you don't want your character to be a bully, I'd suggest being a member of the Scratched. If you don't wish for your character to be treated poorly, I'd suggest being a bred, or a bitten.

↳ i'd recommend the majority to play as two characters. One you wouldn't mind being killed off somewhere in the future. And one you wish to live on. This way the roleplay is more loose to grow and shape. Considering that the Lacanthropedic go almost berserk towards night.

↳ the Scratched are people whom have been injured by one of the Lacanthropedic's claws, and have come down with Lacanthropy. They have lesser of a DNA pool, rather than the Bred or Bitten. Their transformations are normally very painful, and take quite a bit longer. And they usually change, rather than every day, once every month, upon their injured day. [ example; someone gets scratched on july 11th. - their transformations would always occur upon that date, every month. - august 11, september 11th, october 11, etc. ] Most look scrawny, thanks to their overly-active digestive system that kicks into play just after being scratched. And most have heavy-set side effects with not just shifting, but with the DNA mixture in general, every-day life.

↳ the Bred are just as they're named. They were the product of one Lacanthropedic being [ or possibly two ] that have called this life their life for as long as they've been on earth. Many of the Bred's are female. Considering only about 25% of masculine products come down with Lacanthropy just as their parent(s). Their transformations normally are quicker, less painful, and more refined. Usually only taking a few minutes. The majority of the older Bred's can shift whenever they please. However, they seem to have larger mood-swings, and more side-effects with each transformation. Only about 40% of Bred's seem to survive past their first six years of life.

↳ the Bitten are within the middle of the Bred, and Scratched. They have more stimulated cells of Lacanthropy rather than the Scratched, however, less than the Bred. Their transformations aren't to painful, but still so. They take anywhere from 10 minutes towards a half-hour. And mimic that of intoxication when first starting. The Bitten have many more mood-swings than both of the others combined. And are typically the ones causing trouble in the late of night. The Bitten seem to have poor memories as well. Their thoughts being far more cloudy when at night compared to the Scratched and Bred. The Bitten are known to attack with out thought once shifted. And are thought to be highly dangerous to the majority of Lacanthropy.

↳ when getting scratched or bitten, the victim of such a injury can and will come down with a heavy fever. They'll break out, with the wound becoming blusterous, and heavily infected. Most will become nauseous on a daily towards hourly basis. This fever will typically last for about a week. The shortest case known being about four days. The longest, nine. If the illness doesn't take your life, there's a 20% chance for you to survive past the illness, and become immune to future injuries. Otherwise, the Lacanthropedic DNA transfer will get lost within your bloodstream. And you'd become one of the Lacanthropy walking about.

↳ the gates to the village close at nine. Thus, if anybody goes out before then, and doesn't make it back before nine, they must wait until the gates open once again in the morning.
