As cool as the Feed All Play All feature is, I feel like it could do with some work. I love this game, and I feel like it's good to think about ways to improve this feature for everyone without having to pay for it. Please don't 'not support' my suggestion just because Feed All Play All exists. There are ways to make it better!

I’d like to see an easier way to feed and play with my lions, as this is probably the most taxing chore in the entire game. I sometimes choose to do this task on my iPad because the website layout seems to be better optimized to do repetitive tasks extremely quickly, while using the browser on the computer requires a lot more work. My internet hasn’t been at its best these last couple of days and feeding and playing with my lions has been undoable, so I cannot imagine how people are fairing without good internet speeds. :(

I’m going to mention just food for the majority of this post, but know that I’m talking about both food and toys.

PROBLEMS WITH THE CURRENT SYSTEM

- Small Meat Chunk is one of the most common encounters you can find in Explore, and it always shoots to the top of the ‘Feed [Lionnamehere]’ list when on the Lion’s page. The Small Meat Chunk only sates an extremely minuscule amount of hunger, and thus requires the user to refresh the page constantly to use the items or continuously scroll down the selection list if they want to pick a different food. While the few seconds lost may not seem like a big issue... this is amount streamlining!

- There are too many places on the website where you can choose to feed your lion and they all require continuously refreshing the page to complete the task.

- The Hoard page will not keep its sub-tab selection upon revisiting the page. After using up an entire stack of items it will bring you back to the ‘View All’ layout of the Hoard, requiring more clicks to return to viewing your food.

- 'Feed All, Play All' exists, I'm aware. However, the current system needs to be at the very least rethought as to how it is done. This feature should not cost money.

A SUGGESTION TO FIX THE ISSUE

- On the toolbar, add a ‘Pride Management’ link.


- On this page, you will be given a list of your entire pride, maybe at a later date other things can be integrated into it. (Mini suggestion: Like Hunting Parties, Sparring, and Broodmothers, to help declutter pages and help with the information overload).

- For each lion, you will be able to select from a drop down menu of each Carcass type and be able to select up to three different kinds that will reflect your lion’s favorite food and can provide a small roleplay incentive.

- This feature should be integrated on a 'Pride Management' page and should NOT be integrated onto the lion's page itself. In order to streamline this, the lions all must be accessible on the same page. Individually selecting "favorite food" from the lion's page itself will only make for more clicking and open tabs.

- You will be able to select which lions you would prefer to allow to eat first (or in what order), or not at all (you should still be allowed to manually feed lions from the Hoard).

- Remove Feed/Play from lions pages, and instead ‘Feed All’ and ‘Play All’ from the Den page itself. If clutter becomes an issue since there are a lot of things on the Den page already, it might help to move your password/forum stuff to a ‘User Settings’ page on the toolbar as well.

- Food will be taken from the hoard in the order of expiring first, and feed the lion until it has 0% hunger left if there is enough food in the Hoard to support it. If not, then again, you should still be allowed to feed directly from the Hoard to fill up the rest of the hunger bar with your lion’s “not as favorite” food if desired.

- The same method can be used for toys!
