Just like lions and lionesses can have footnotes(feetnotes???) in prides, I thought it may be useful to be able to add notes to items in your hoard.

I think this could be useful as you could note something like 'sell this for ___' or 'don't use. save this.' Or something along those lines. When sold or transferred, the footnote could be wiped.

The footnote could be displayed under the name of the item in small text or brackets or perhaps both.

Another thing to note is a suggestion made by Voluer (#49819) is 'I think it would be nice to be able to make folders.. of sorts. Sort of like the Caves I suppose, that way you could maybe have one little hidey hole for event items, another for breeding items, and another for stuff you wanna sell. Yes we've got the food/decor sorting already but I'd just personally like to make my own categories.' Everyone in the comments seems to love this idea too so I decided to add it as I strongly agree also.

I just thought this might be useful.
If no, why?

I do support. However I think it would be nice to be able to make folders.. of sorts. Sort of like the Caves I suppose, that way you could maybe have one little hidey hole for event items, another for breeding items, and another for stuff you wanna sell. Yes we've got the food/decor sorting already but I'd just personally like to make my own categories..

I support!
I like the folder idea more, but perhaps the folders themselves can have a tiny place to add a description, kind of like the branches do but smaller?

Edit: I've tried to sort my items using Goodie Bags, but that just makes things harder as I can't simply see what's in it and have to open and then remake it. x____x It doesn't help that the name has a limited amount for text and I get that but. xD Meh.

Absolute support for the folder idea!!
I don't feel like comments would be necessary on items, but being able to sort them by, let's say, want to sell/ keep/ for breeding/ for raffle/ for clan/..., would be really helpful!

If you really wanted to do this, then you can just put it in a goodie bag and label the goodie bag with the 'footnote'. :P

I suppose it could be done, but it'd be inconvenient to make the goodie bag with the correct objects, name it, and then that way you couldn't see what was in the goodie bag without opening it since the name space on it is very small.

As a rather forgetful person goodie bags would be awful. Plus folders would make things like setting up trades easier, as with the Lions separated into caves you can see which cave they're in. So if you've got a sell folder, you can just scroll straight to that instead of searching trough each individual item

I just thought being able to note items would be useful. Say if you wanted to sell it, you could put under it how much you wanna sell it for, or maybe you wanna make a raffle and the item you want to put in isn't valuable enough for a raffle on it's own and so you make a note to use it later on.

I support! I'd really like to see more ways to sort and order my hoard, I love the folder idea.

Perhaps there could be an option to add the entire contents of a folder straight into a trade or transfer too?
