Merlin walked around a watering hole and took a long drink . he thought of his old kingdom that his brother evil Zebulen who thought mutants were weird .so what if he was a mutant .his brother did't haft to outcast him from his own kingdom! he growled and walked away so he could find a cave to sleep in .

(Starting character is Tamala, a Melanism lioness with grey eyes)

Tamala turned, snarling at the pale lions that made up her pride. She had a past about as dark as her pelt and was far from welcomed in her own home. She had decided enough was enough and turned away, leaving her home and stopped only under the withered, dead, and fire scorched tree she was born under. Among her siblings she was the only one left alive after their mother abandoned them. And that was only because the shaman had told her mother that the shadow colored lion would bring a curse to the pride until the wrong was rectified in generations to come. She held no ill will toward her pride, however she held no affection for them either, not even her mother. With a flick of her tail she turned direction once more, leaving her homeland without so much as a glance back.
