Payment-

* You must pay within 24 hours unless you notify me it will take longer otherwise I'll open the adopt again
* After payment is recieved you own the character, not before
* Give me your toyhou.se username if you have that! I can send you the adopt through toyhou.se.

Rules-

Do's-

* Name, gender, story etc are all up to you and are yours to change freely once you own the adopt
* Small changes to the design such as clothes or accessories are fine but please don't drastically change the design
* You may use the character for rp, comics etc however no profit is to be made from the character
* Personal products are fine such as if you want to draw them for a bookmark or such

Dont's-

* Do not claim the design or the original art as yours
* No major changes to the palette or species without informing me first
* Do not profit from the characters design in any way such as mass producing merchandise or similar things
* Ask for a refund! I will not give refunds.

Reselling/Gifting/Trading-

* You may resell for the same price or less than what you bought it for unless the design comes with extra art, in which case you can add the cost of the art onto the price
* If you resell, gift or trade please inform me of the new owner
* Make sure the new owner is aware that I am the creator of the design
* If you recieved the adopt through a trade/raffle you may not resell it

Other information-

* If you cause trouble for me or anyone who buys my adopts you will be put on a private or public blacklist based on what you did. Once on the blacklist you can no longer buy adoptables from me and I will refuse to communicate with you
^ The same applies if you steal an adopt or don't pay but still claim the adopt as yours
* I will hold an adopt for max 3. days.
