Soooo I have an idea for my 1st OC ever and well I need an artist. I have a general idea of how she should look, but I need someone to bring my ideas to life! And help me refine her design as a character because I don't have a creative bone in my body
I'll be paying in GB, but I may be able to provide USD if the art is really good :D

Style: I would prefer digital art :3
Eye Color: Maybe Blush? Or gold?
Skin Tone: Cinnamon-brown colored something similar to #b06e40
Hair color: Pink-tinted yellowish cream colored hair something similar to #fdf1dc or #fee3b4
Hair Style: Kinky curly, 2 buns at the top with a little longer than shoulder length hair. Something like this but with the buns more rounded than the ones in the picture
Height: I'm short af (5ft) so I want her to kinda be too XD
Personality: Flirty/friendly/goofy kinda want that to show through in her facial expression
Outfit: This is where I need more help, I want something girly hero or sailor moon inspired (emphasis on inspired, not looking for a copy of sailor moon) since she'll technically be a hero/have magical powers. I'm thinking maybe a blush and white colored outfit with gold accents. Sorry I'm not as creative when it comes to her outfit.
Powers: I would like her drawn either powered up or casually holding her weapon. I'm thinking a ringblade like Tira from Soul Calibur would make a nice weapon <3 But the blade would be either blush, gold, or white. Tira pose references: 1 2
