It is a fairly common term used across the site, but if you are anything like me you struggled to find what it meant. It took me months to figure out what it meant XD granted I wasn't that motivated to find the meaning. Stat replacing is something that is very common especially now that there are higher stat studs popping out of the woods. So to start we will begin explaining what exactly stat replacing means.

Stat replacing... What is it?
- It is the act of replacing your current king for the sole purpose of raising his stats, while keeping his looks.


Lets say you finally achieved your king's perfect look, but his stats are awful at 100. Well you come across an ugly, markingless male who would cost more to customize then he is worth, but he has over 2000 stats. You would retire your current perfect king with the markingless one and choose the option of keeping the current king's looks so the only his stats would change (plus personality, but that's for another topic). So the final product would be the looks of the perfect king who now has 2000 stats after being replaced.


You find an amazing tree cub, but it has those horrendous default stats, 23 but he is your perfect king having all the markings you want. You have a 1000 stat male who is just sitting around because while his stats are nice, he would never make it as a king. You would first king the tree cub then you would retire him and replace him with the 1000 stat male while choosing to keep the current male's looks so you would end up with that beautiful tree cub with 1000 stats.


- Mutations are tied to the lion just like the personality so you cannot stat replace one and keep the mutation. You must replace the lion with the one who has the mutation.
EX: Current king has folded ears, stat replace it with a non-mutated male will result with a lion who has better stats but has lost his mutation.
EX: Current king has no mutation who is stat replaced with a lion with overgrown claws will result in a lion with better stats and has a mutation


Step 1: King the male you want for looks
Step 2: Retire the king
Step 3: Choose the male whose stats you want
Step 4: Make sure you choose to 'Keep Current Male Looks'
Step 5: Have a beautiful male with great stats
