When users subscribe to topics, they can see all new responses to a topic. But for people who like to keep threads going for... forever... It would be nice to be able to notify subscribers of edits to the thread - especially for Sales (new merch, maybe commission slots open or I'm having a sale) or RP threads (rules changed, new members/characters, etc.).

Perhaps there could be a checkbox on the "Edit Post" page, that says "Notify Subscribers of This Edit" - sort of like on DeviantArt?
