They are yours to manipulate story wise. Their looks must stay the same. You are allowed to choose everything else. If you are unsure of something, you may pm me as well for clarification cx

The program adoptables are a good example of what is allowed through the program. Anything including the mutations and odd colorings must be approved. ONLY ONE ADOPTABLE PER ROLEPLAYER! Keep it fair for all.
